Directions From HWY 20:  (1) Exit Monseigneur Langlois to HWY 30,  (2) HWY 30 West until you reach the "T" intersection,  (3) Route 132 West (cross the bridge), and turn Right on Chemin du Canal for 1.3 mile to Club on left.

Driving From the States

The directions assume your coming from the states and crossing the border at Chateaugay, off Route 11.

* Driving time is 1:05 minutes via Route 190 from Plattsburgh NY.

* If driving from Massena, NY or further west, cross into Canada and take the 401.

Location of two customs stations:

  • Chateaugay - Open 24 hours
  • Charabusko - Summer: 8am-midnight   / Winter Nov 1 thru Apr 30: 8am-4pm

     

    Directions - Chateaugay Crossing

    The crossing is North of the Rt. 11 & Rt 374 intersection.

    1. After crossing the border, drive North on Route 202 to Huntingdon.

    2. Huntingdon: take a right turn after driving over the bridge (follow the Rt. 202 signs) and in two blocks, turn left for Sainte-Barbe (your still on Rt 202).  You will see signs for Valleyfield.

    3. At Sainte-Barbe, Rt. 202 will end.  At the Rt. 132 intersection, turn right and take Rt 132.  This highway leads to the bridge that crosses the St. Lawrence River.

    4. Driving towards the bridge, you will pass a small airfield on your left.  The club turnoff (Chemin du Canal) is between the airfield and the bridge.  See map.

    5. If you reach the bridge, turnaround.
