Area shooters attended the Spring Deuce National Sporting Clays Association tournament at the Rochester-Brooks Gun Club located in Rush, New York.  The shoot consisted of a 100-bird Sporting Clays Championship, a 5-Stand event, and a 50-bird FITASC event, as well as side events.  In the Sporting Clays event, Plattsburgh based shooter Bob Howard placed second in Hunters Class with a score of 83.  Event winners: FITASC - HOA Robert Bergamino 41, RU1 Jerry Gagnon 39, RU2 Stanley Peterson 38;  Sporting Clays - HOA George Bogner (M) 88, RU1 Douglas Thompson (AA) 88;  Hunters Class - Peter Hill 87.
