Shooting in high winds on Saturday Paul Galveias of Ottawa had a personal best finish of third overall in the competition in the 12 gauge event with a 99/100.   This performance won him the Triple Sub concurrent, first in B Class, and a jump into AA class (from B Class) for the first time in his shooting career.  Paul attended the match while on police/community relations leave from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, where he works as a Firearms Technologist in their Forensics Lab.  It's good to see the Police supporting their members competition efforts.
